Our Associate Clinical Social Worker

As a social worker with over 11 years of experience in working with older adults, I have supported numerous senior clients and their families in making sure that their needs are met at the safety of their own homes. Studies show that majority of seniors wish to remain in their homes as they age. Many seniors prefer the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, which often leads to a preference for home-based care services. My goal is to support your stay at home and maintain or enhance your quality of life, through excellent care coordination, easier access to community resources and the presence of a senior advocate specializing in social work and supporting the older adult population.

My passion started when I helped my own aging relatives and parents manage their care and gain access to resources that they previously were not aware of, to help them resiliently age at home. This passion grew as my experience increased and it rippled out to my clients as a social worker, advocating for them the way I would support my own family. I continue to be deeply motivated by my desire to help seniors stay safe and healthy at home, enabling them to access resources that allow them to do so. I realized that I have been blessed with the gift of helping, communication and results-orientation, which have helped me make a difference in the lives of my clients and people around me.

I look forward to assisting families and clients from LA and OC counties to partner with us in ensuring that your loved ones get the care that they need and resources that they are entitled to as they age. I also look forward to partner with more home health and hospice agencies in supporting our patients receiving services at home. Together, we can help create a community that keeps our seniors thriving and successfully living their best days with as much resources as they need at home.
